Can I cancel my subscription at any time?
Yes. Pro subscriptions are managed through Stripe Customer Portal from your Profile page. You can cancel from the billing portal, and your Pro features remain active until the end of the current billing cycle when Stripe is configured for end-of-period cancellation.
What counts as an AI generation?
Requests sent via the /ai node command count as AI Node Generations. Refine has a separate monthly allowance: 3 Refine edits on Free and 10 Refine edits on Pro. Web Research uses live web sources: 3 lookups on Free and 50 lookups on Pro each month.
How secure are private share links?
Private share links are generated using secure, random UUID tokens. They are completely unguessable by anyone else. Only those with the specific link will be able to access the document, and you can revoke access or delete the link at any time.
What is Early Bird pricing?
By securing Pro Access today, you lock in the special $8/month price forever. As we launch advanced features (such as database tables, formula engines, and multiplayer collaboration), pricing for new members will increase, but your rate will remain unchanged.
