Privacy Policy
This policy explains what data Fluxerv processes and how it is used to provide the AI workspace, document editor, sharing, billing, and account features.
Information We Collect
Fluxerv collects the information needed to create and operate your account, including your email address, authentication provider details, user id, subscription status, and basic profile settings.
Fluxerv stores workspace data you create or choose to save, including document titles, document content, AI component prompts and component code stored inside documents, favorites, trash state, public sharing settings, and usage counters.
If you use the waitlist or contact workflows, we may process the email address and message information you submit so we can respond or notify you about product access.
Workspace and Document Data
Signed-in workspace data is stored in the cloud database so your documents can sync across sessions and devices. Anonymous or guest drafts may be stored locally in your browser.
Document content can include text, editor JSON, embeds, images, code blocks, AI prompts, and generated component code. You control what you create and what you choose to make public through share links.
Deleted documents may remain in a trash or soft-delete state so they can be restored, unless you permanently delete them or request deletion through support.
AI Processing
When you use AI features, Fluxerv may send relevant prompts, selected document context, previous component code, or refinement instructions to the configured AI provider so the product can generate components, refine existing components, or answer questions about a document or workspace.
Fluxerv currently uses Google Gemini for AI generation. AI providers process submitted content according to their own infrastructure and service terms. Do not submit secrets, private keys, credentials, regulated personal data, or confidential third-party information to AI prompts unless you are authorized to do so.
Fluxerv may store generated output inside your documents when you accept or save it. AI output can include HTML, CSS, JavaScript, text, layout, and other component data.
AI Usage Logs and Limits
Fluxerv records operational AI usage metadata to enforce limits, monitor costs, debug reliability, and improve product quality. This may include user id, plan, operation type, model, prompt size, token counts, estimated cost, duration, success status, and error code.
Usage logs are designed to avoid storing full prompt text or full generated component code. Numeric metadata and operational status are used to understand cost and performance behavior.
AI usage counters are used to enforce Free, Pro, and admin limits for generation and refinement features.
Payments
Payments and subscriptions are processed through Stripe. Fluxerv stores subscription state and Stripe customer identifiers needed to provide Pro access and handle billing lifecycle events.
Fluxerv does not store full card numbers, CVC codes, or raw payment credentials.
Stripe may process payment method details, billing information, tax information, invoices, and fraud-prevention signals according to Stripe's own privacy and security practices.
Public Sharing
If you enable public sharing for a document, anyone with the generated link can view the selected document. You can revoke public sharing from inside the workspace.
Public share pages are designed to expose only the fields needed to render the shared document, such as title, content, and updated time.
Because public share links are accessible to anyone who has the link, you should not publish sensitive, confidential, regulated, or third-party private information unless you intend it to be accessible through that URL.
Local Browser Storage
Fluxerv may use browser storage for theme preferences, anonymous guest drafts, active document selection, and other local UI preferences.
For signed-in users, document content is stored in the cloud database rather than shared localStorage keys. Logout clears signed-in document storage traces managed by Fluxerv.
Some non-document preferences, such as theme selection, cookie consent, or local feature votes, may remain in browser storage after logout because they are not account document data.
Cookies and Authentication
Fluxerv uses authentication cookies and related browser storage to keep you signed in, refresh sessions, protect private pages, and connect client-side actions with your account.
If you sign out, Fluxerv clears account-related document storage traces managed by the product. Browser-level cookies and storage can also be cleared manually through your browser settings.
Service Providers
Fluxerv uses third-party service providers to operate the product. Current providers may include Supabase for authentication and database services, Google Gemini for AI generation, Stripe for payments and subscription management, and Upstash Redis for rate limiting or usage protection.
These providers process data only as needed to provide their services to Fluxerv and may be replaced or supplemented as the product evolves.
Security
Fluxerv uses authentication, database row-level security, webhook signature verification, sandboxed iframes for generated components, and scoped public share queries to reduce unauthorized access risk.
No internet service can be guaranteed to be perfectly secure. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials safe and for avoiding the storage of secrets, private keys, or sensitive credentials inside notes or AI prompts.
Data Retention and Deletion
Fluxerv retains account and workspace data while your account is active or as needed to provide the service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, enforce limits, and maintain billing records.
You may delete individual documents from the workspace. Some records, such as subscription events, security logs, and payment metadata, may be retained for operational or legal reasons.
To request account deletion or data export during beta, email contact@fluxerv.com from the email address associated with your account.
Your Choices and Rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, export, or object to certain processing of your personal information.
You can revoke public share links, cancel subscriptions, delete documents, and sign out from the product. For account-level privacy requests: contact@fluxerv.com
Children
Fluxerv is intended for developers and technical users and is not directed to children. Do not use Fluxerv if you are not old enough to create an account or use online services under the laws that apply to you.
International Processing
Fluxerv and its service providers may process information in countries other than the country where you live. By using Fluxerv, you understand that your information may be processed where our infrastructure and providers operate.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy as Fluxerv changes. If we make material changes, we will update the date on this page and may provide additional notice in the product or by email when appropriate.
